3. Payment: 50% deposit required for custom orders. Full payment due upon delivery or pickup.

4. Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup/delivery for full refund. Custom orders require 48-hour notice.

5. Allergies: Please inform us of any food allergies. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.

6. Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. We are not responsible for spoilage after delivery.
